ALLin™ Isothermal 1Step RNA Amplification Kit enables detection of < 5 target RNA molecules in a short time of 30 minutes without the use of PCR cycler.  An RT5 Mix, the blend of a thermostable reverse transcriptase and highly efficient RNase Inhibitor is included in the kit to initially synthesize cDNA from RNA templates. The cDNA is amplified by Bst polymerase. Recombinant phi29 DNA Polymerase is a classical enzyme dedicated for use in common isothermal DNA amplification applications that are carried out at moderate temperature based on a strand displacement activity. The enzyme is supplied with an optimized high-performance buffer. The user has to add dNTPs, template and primers.

Our classical 1Step RT qPCR Probe Kits are very popular products for Sars-CoV-2 detection needs. However, scientists who work with low copy number Sars-CoV-2 RNA samples requested to have 4X concentrated qPCR mixes in these kits instead of 2X qPCR mixes.
NEW 4X 1Step Probe RT-qPCR Kit versions have been developed for more sample input, enabling working with highly diluted low-copy-number samples. They include a 4X concentrated qPCR master mix, that allows adding up to 10 µl sample into the 20 µl volume reactions. Bulk quantities from 10 000 to 100 000 reactions are also available.

4X 1Step RT qPCR Probe Kits are designed for sensitive detection of specific RNAs, including virus RNA, in diluted high-volume samples.
They combine a robust 4X qPCR mix (with Hot Start PCR Polymerase) with a 20X blend of thermostable and extremely active Reverse Transcriptase & advanced RNase Inhibitor (RT4 Mix, 20X).
This formulation allows for a high sample input volume with a reliable outcome of a single step RT qPCR when working with low copy number samples below 5 copies per reaction.
4X 1Step RT qPCR Probe Kits ensure the robust performance of both reverse transcription and qPCR reactions, which allows for the highest sensitivity viral RNA detection under fast qPCR cycling conditions.
The performance of the kits has been tested for Sars-CoV-2 detection according to the recommended Charité Berlin protocol with appropriate primers/probes. Check Application Note for Sars-CoV-2 detection.
PCR Water supplied in the kit ensures the best performance and reproducibility of the results.
